Securing valuables in transit
Tamper-evident mailer brand Keepsafe is stronger than ever
following the recent merger of Ampac and Prolamina
US-based security packaging company Ampac has merged with
Prolamina. The Ampac name will continue, but will now feature as
part of the ProAmpac Group.
The combined organisation will have a strategic geographical
footprint and an enhanced product range and will continue to deliver
world class standards of new product development and innovation.
Following its global success in the office
products markets, in retail, B2B and contracts,
the Keepsafe brand will continue to be visible
in all vertical markets.
The focus for 2016 will be to offer a
comprehensive portfolio and offering for
e-commerce, mailing houses and distribution
centres, from a standard tamper-evident durable
mailer to a custom-printed mailer to film for
auto bagging machines.
Large scale investment has provided
additional capacity to ensure consistency of
supply and to deliver fantastic customer service.
Tamper-evident mailers
Keepsafe Security tamper-evident mailers, known worldwide as the
premier, established brand in the loss prevention industry, enable
customers to send sensitive information and valuables through the
mailing system securely and without risk.
Keepsafe Ultra, which was launched last year, has been a major
success and has a clear message and product positioning alongside
Keepsafe Premium and Keepsafe Secure in a family of products with a
mailer for every application.
The Keepsafe Ultra range is intended for customers with high risk
applications, such as cash in transit providers, financial institutions
and educational and pharmaceutical distributors.
Keepsafe Ultra incorporates security features, including die
cuts that cause the closure to tear when mechanically peeled,
and is tamper-evident for all methods of attack, including
heat, solvent, moisture and freezing.
Ampac’s expertise in co-extruded films provides
a secure and sustainable cost-saving solution
for all organisations that need to ensure
sensitive information, legal documentation or
confidential tenders are secure through the
supply chain. The Keepsafe range is also available
in a biodegradable film, reducing the environmental
impact.
