market. It was established in 2011, following a
survey in which 63% of the British public said
such a marque needed to exist.
The marque helps consumers recognise
when they’re ‘buying British’ and gives brands
the opportunity to celebrate their heritage
and craftsmanship. Derwent will display the
Made in Britain marque on its products from
April 2016.
Staedtler taps into colouring craze

as a sponsor of National StationeryWeek.
Christopher Leonard-Morgan, organiser of

more people putting pen to paper, especially

even in an increasingly digital world. It isn’t a
question of one or the other.”
