Today, 90% of employees successfully work remotely or via a hybrid arrangement under a long-term agreement. This has helped McCambridge Duffy retain key individuals at a time of skills shortages. In addition, an Apogee integrated Digital Document Service now controls the digital journey of documents from a centralised location, enabling the firm to rationalise its multifunctional printer fleet from six devices to one. Staff can send forms to be signed online, which has dramatically reduced printing requirements. Previously, McCambridge Duffy printed over one million documents a year.
