The 2025 CyberSmart MSP Survey shows that nearly half (47%) of the 900 MSPs surveyed suffered three or more breaches last year. While 76% still have complete or aboveaverage confidence in their organisation’s cybersecurity posture, 80% recognise that they have room for improvement. MSPs also reported high levels of confidence in their customers’ cybersecurity awareness, with 93% expressing confidence in their customers’ overall cyber posture (45% with above-average confidence). More than four out of five respondents (85%) say their customers have at least average cybersecurity knowledge, with 53% rating them as above average or expert. MSPs are less confident in their ability to keep ahead of changing regulations.
