The funding provided through Maven Investor Partners, Maven’s private equity co-investment network, will support KubeNet’s growth plans, which include a targeted buy-and-build strategy as well as organic growth that has fuelled a 27% increase in revenue over the last two years. Communicate’s fifth acquisition and second since securing private equity investment from Rockpool puts the company on track to increase turnover by almost 300% from £6 million at the time of Rockpool’s investment in June last year to a projected £17 million in 2025. The acquisition of Blaze expands Communicate’s services portfolio and enables it to support organisations that require high-performance, secure connectivity across distributed environments with a fully integrated suite of services, including SD-WAN, SASE, cloud, backup and disaster recovery.
