When engaging mid-market and SMB accounts, channel partners in these territories will work exclusively with Arrow. David Watts, TD SYNNEX’s Regional Vice President and Managing Director, UK and Ireland, believes credit services have become more important with the rise of subscriptions and services alongside technology sales. He said: “While end customer organisations may want to invest in new technologies and solutions, it is not always easy to allocate funding right away. In addition, most customers now want to use a mix of on-premises and cloud solutions, and both to purchase and own products outright and take advantage of subscription offerings. As a consequence, partners are having to manage ever-morecomplex installations and their business models are changing.” In addition to credit services, including the TD SYNNEX Credit Elevator, which enables partners to increase their credit limit automatically as they grow, TD SYNNEX provides flexible financing options through TD SYNNEX Capital. https://uk.tdsynnex.com/ David Watts Cedric Doignie Arrow Nimans announces new additions to product offering Nimans is expanding its communication technology portfolio through a strategic distribution agreement with Intermedia, a global provider of AI-powered cloud communications, collaboration and customer engagement solutions.
