Favourite holiday destination? Spain has always been a favourite of mine. My grandparents used to have an apartment in Calahonda, not far from Malaga. Did you get into IT by accident or design? It was more by accident. My mum, who worked in the industry, mentioned a job opening at a local cybersecurity distributor (Brigantia). Fresh out of uni, I applied, got the job, and six and a half years later I’m loving it more than ever! If you could swap your current job for any other what would it be? I’d love to be a dog walker or run a doggy daycare – although I’m not sure my two dachshund crosses, Morris and Murphy, would be so keen! Which business leader do you most admire and why? I deeply admire my mum. She transitioned from tech to start her own equine business. Her hard work, dedication and success in building something from scratch are incredibly inspiring. What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given? I’m not sure it’s business advice, but the What have been your business highlights of the last 12 months? Hosting a Women in Tech panel at our Annual Partner Conference was a key highlight. It was a fantastic opportunity to discuss an important issue facing our industry.
