Nutanix reorganises EMEA channel team Nutanix, a leader in hybrid multicloud computing, has made three changes to its EMEA leadership team. These include the promotion of Sven Schoenaerts to the position of Senior Director, Channel Sales EMEA; the appointment of Philippe Dosset to lead the EMEA OEM & Alliances team; and the appointment of Chris De Vere as EMEA Managed Service Provider (MSP) Leader. Sven Schoenaerts who joined Nutanix as NEEUR Channel Sales Director in January 2022, following spells at Amazon Web Services, NetApp and Brocade Communications, will be responsible for Nutanix’ routes to market, with all EMEA Regional Channel Sales Leaders reporting to him. He said: “Partners have been a cornerstone of the success of Nutanix and will play an even more important role in helping customers achieve the benefits of hybrid and multicloud architectures. I also look forward to building on my extensive work with Service Providers and Hyperscalers, as those routes-to-market take a more important role in Nutanix’s future.” The appointment of De Vere, previously at VMWare for 13 years and IBM for 11, is part of Nutanix’ consolidation of its MSP sales efforts in EMEA to support accelerated development of Service Provider opportunities.
