A 30-year veteran of police IT, Parkes has an impressive track record in delivering digital transformation into policing. He was Chief Digital Data and Technology Officer for the Police Digital Service and, as Program Director for the National Enabling Programmes (NEP) from 2018-2022, led an £80M+ national police transformation programme based on a blueprinted M365 platform, Identity Access Management suite and the first cyber security operations centre for policing. The NEP is now cited by the NPCC as best practice for Police and Home Office programmes. As chair of the National Police Technology Council, Parkes also led the development of the UK’s first National Policing Digital Strategy 2020-2030. Mansell takes over as Telcoswitch CEO Unified communications challenger brand TelcoSwitch has appointed Matt Mansell as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mansell takes over from former CEO Russell Lux, who founded the company in 2015 and was at the helm when Queen’s Park Equity (QPE) invested in the company in 2022. Mansell brings a wealth of experience to the role. After starting at Adobe, on its Dreamweaver product, he served as Founder and CEO of the fastest growing European domain registrar, Host Europe, which was acquired by Go Daddy in 2012. After that, he spent almost three years representing the European Go Daddy board before founding Yay.com, a SaaS unified communications business.
