EMEA Managing Director Paul Harrison told the company’s 110 guests that “the biggest opportunity is ahead of us”, pointing out that over the next three and a half years the number of cloud comms users is predicted to almost double from 7.6 million to 14.5 million by the end of 2023. Over the same period, total market revenue is forecast to grow by 80%, from £1.26bn to £2.26bn. Harrison added that in order to profit from this growth, everyone in the industry would need to keep changing and adapting. “It’s important to expand our ecosystem and continue to globalise, bringing best-of-breed solutions together with new technology and partners. We need to stay relevant and learn from history,” he said. Evolve IP has a 15-year record of working with industry leaders to create reliable solutions for its reseller base, specialising in securely integrating unified communications, collaboration tools, contact centre, voice and omnichannel solutions in the cloud. For Harrison, Evolve IP’s vendor and reseller partnerships are fundamental to its on-going success. “Productive partnerships are becoming ever more prevalent in today’s dynamic business world, where fluidity, versatility and innovation can help build long-term sustainable success. We recognise the importance of partnerships which is a key cornerstone of our ethos and evolution. Partnerships can unlock new doors, opportunities and deliver greater customer value and service.” He added: “This annual gathering is integral to building relationships with our partners and understanding how we can best support them and their growth.” Evolve IP’s Tower of London partner day was sponsored by technology partners Akixi, Dubber, Enghouse Interactive, Intelligent Billing, Snom, Mondago, Poly, Tiger TMS and Yealink.
