Founded by Managing Director Alastair Bates and Technical Director Juliet Moran in 2001, the company provides businesses across the UK with cloud services, IT solutions and business telephony, through its own operations and two additional brands – www.telephonesystems.cloud, focusing on cloud telephony, and www.developsystems.cloud, specialising in bespoke cloud software and database solutions. Bates said: “We are delighted to be celebrating our 21st birthday. Since the business was founded in 2001, we have worked hard to promote a culture that our customers can trust. In an industry which is often described as unscrupulous we pride ourselves on being an ethical business, with no hidden costs, where our customers aren’t tied into lengthy contracts with huge penalties attached. That is our unique selling point and why I believe we have stood the test of time – our customers trust us and that means a lot.” www.systems.co.uk Digital Space, the Nottinghamshireheadquartered MSP, has a new owner, following its sale by Horizon Capital to UK mid-market private equity firm Graphite Capital (subject to regulatory approval).
