The PiPoffice virtual ‘phone-in-a-phone’ (PiP) gives staff using a mobile phone the same features and functionality as a traditional phone system, including call recording, conference calling, corporate voicemail, IVR, call monitoring, call logging and ring groups, as well as integration with business applications like Teams, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Bullhorn and Zoho. Each installed PiPoffice app has its own Direct Dial-In (DDI) number and all business calls, contact info and call records remain separate from any personal apps installed on the device. Called Edgility OS, this enables data processing to take place at the network edge, nearer to the end device, for faster response times and reduced bandwidth. The first packaged product in the Edgility ecosystem is the Fast SD-WAN & firewall package for branch/home offices. This removes the need for a resilient but costly dedicated MPLS or SD-WAN line at the core of the network, leveraging multiple lines and the compute power of the edge device instead.
