This is its second acquisition since new private equity partner Graphite Capital invested in the company in December 2020, and the sixth and largest it has undertaken in the last 12 months. The provider of IT consultation and transformation services formed CANCOM UK in 2018, with the acquisition of UK businesses Ocean Intelligent Communication and OCSL. A year later, in 2019, it expanded into Ireland with the acquisition of Novosco.
