Such a top event.” Yealink conference systems Easy content sharing WPP20 is a wireless presentation pod that connects with Yealink’s video conferencing system to provide easy content sharing. The dongle plugs into a laptop’s USB port and shares content at the click of a button, using its self-built 5G WiFi network. The device supports up to eight simultaneous connections, as well as four content screens that can be presented on the main screen simultaneously. Simple deployment Yealink’s VC series of video conferencing endpoints has a solution for every size of meeting room, with an all-in-one design incorporating codec and camera for easy deployment. These include the: n VC200 for small meeting rooms and huddle rooms. An Ultra HD 4K camera supports 4x digital zoom and e-PTZ with a 103-degree horizontal field of view. Six built- in beam-forming microphone arrays focus in on the speaker for excellent sound quality; n VC500 for small and medium-sized meeting rooms. This features a wide-angle lens with an 83-degree horizontal field of view, which ensures everyone is visible during the meeting, and a 1080P60 and 5X optical PTZ camera. The VC500 can be installed on top of a TV or display with just one network cable; n VC800 for medium and large meeting rooms. Offering multi-party video and audio collaboration, this solution can connect up to 24 sites with HD video and two virtual meeting rooms. The solution includes a touchscreen conference phone with a Harmon Kardon speaker; a Full-HD PTZ camera; and 2 DECT wireless expansion microphones. Clear communication The CP960 is an enterprise-grade conference phone for mid-sized and large meeting rooms. Featuring a combination of Harmon acoustic engineering and Yealink’s own HD voice and noise cancellation technologies, the conference phone delivers clear and balanced audio. A 20-foot, 360 degree, deadzone-free voice pickup ensures everyone is heard clearly. She added that around 80% of people’s time is spent collaborating with others and that the average person checks their devices 150 times each day, searching on 8-10 applications.
