Reporting positively on the comprehensive measures that MPS Monitor has implemented to keep customers’ devices and their data secure, the document validates the security claims made by MPS Monitor. Of particular note, Keypoint Intelligence’s analysis concluded that MPS Monitor proved to be able to maintain customer devices in a secure posture through proactive and automated management of key device settings, and that it provides a deeply tested DCA technology that fulfils its customers’ most stringent security requirements. Furthermore, it was satisfied that MPS Monitor’s platform runs on a proven and secure cloud infrastructure that benefits from continuous security testing and auditing from specialised security teams. It also recognised that MPS Monitor has a full and comprehensive set of policies and procedures that meets the requirement for industry-standard security certifications. It also stated that MPS Monitor went ‘the extra mile’ to ensure its platform is certified as compliant to stringent international security standards like ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2. www.mpsmonitor.com Sharp launches new partner programme Sharp UK has launched its new technology partner programme – created specifically to support partner growth, reward success and increase opportunities for a wide range of businesses. The company has developed the new programme, which offers three tiers, Certified, Premium and Elite, to reinforce its commitment to its dealer partners and support them in responding to post-pandemic business needs. As partners move through the tiers, they unlock more benefits – from sales and product training, to additional tender assistance and marketing assets. Dealer Sales Director Paul Leach, said: “COVID-19 necessitated a new way of thinking, and we knew our previous programme needed to evolve with the changing marketplace. The new programme has been designed to meet the needs of our partners and help them meet customer demand for practical, relevant, and cost-effective solutions. “We see the programme as a partnership. We wanted to develop and create a partner programme that’s aspirational to the dealers that we partner with and ultimately leads to a successful relationship for both sides.” www.sharp.co.uk Brother UK HQ redesign Brother UK has adopted a hybrid working model and has made a significant investment to redesign its Greater Manchester HQ to support collaborative working and social interaction. The transition will see around 90 employees work from the office three days a week while providing them with the flexibility of home working. New break-out spaces and meeting rooms have been built at the firm’s head office as part of the redesign, which also includes new technology infrastructure to enable hot desking. Managing Director Phil Jones, said: “The pandemic ripped up the working rulebook and we want to establish a new organisational design that continues to stay relevant. Hybrid working needs to be far more than just a change to working contracts – we want coming to the office to be about human interaction and experiencing the energy of being around your colleagues. This has been the focal point in redesigning our office spaces and it felt great to reopen after months of planning.” www.brother.co.uk The Jolly Savage launches new range Leading UK surplus toner company The Jolly Savage, has launched a new range of quality compatible and remanufactured laser toners and drums.
