BULLETIN eacs and iboss join forces Managed services provider eacs has partnered with iboss, one of the market leaders in cloud-delivered network security. The collaboration will allow both companies to further their delivery of multi-cloud solutions and data security services across a range of sectors, ensuring optimum solutions for their growing portfolio of customers. The strategic partnership will see eacs and its customers benefit from iboss’s innovative expertise in cybersecurity, while iboss will gain direct access to eacs’ expertise in professional and managed IT services. We are excited by the prospect of working in partnership with the team at eacs to bring our technology and expertise to their existing and future customer base and the wider UK market.” The partnership was secured through e92plus, a cybersecurity VAD for the UK channel and is the first to be secured for iboss in the UK. www.eacs.com DEOS Group completes acquisition The DEOS Group has completed the acquisition of Redshank Managed Print Solutions, a move that takes it to a run rate for the year of c. £12,000,000. The deal offers the Group’s existing clients access to HP hardware and services and strengthens the relationship already in place with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Financial Services, while Redshank clients will benefit from DEOS’ portfolio of green managed print solutions. Diamond was established in 1992 and is headquartered in Gateshead. The business supports SME organisations with a set of solutions that include: telecoms, IT and managed print services. The acquisition further strengthens Agilico’s northern region, which is headed up by Regional Managing Director, Warren Colby.
