Why is now a good time to partner with ITS? ITS has been established for over 30 years and has a long history of providing training and helping channel partners to provide their clients with a joined-up solution. With both field-based channel managers and an office- based support team, ITS has all the necessary tools to make any new partners successful. What have you missed about physical events over the last 18 months and why they are important to ITS and the channel? Virtual sessions are great and we are sure a new modern hybrid business approach will be adopted moving forward but ITS pride ourselves on being a great company to do business with and feel that the best way to achieve this is via face to face interaction, whether this is a quick catch up over a coffee in a café, a more formal quarterly business review at the partner’s premises or at our offices, or a channel event or trade show. What will PAE be showing at Technology Live? Our cloud solutions portfolio – including the launch of our new device management platform, which is still referred to as Product X, EveryonePrint and (possibly) Intelligent Capture from Upland. What opportunities does the PAE product portfolio offer resellers? Improve their service offering through remote device management and the new capability to access the device remotely for triage across multiple vendors. The opportunity to offer EveryonePrint’s Hybrid Cloud Platform to deliver cloud-based printer management and migrate their customers’ print infrastructure to the cloud and the benefits of that. The Intelligent Capture Suite from Upland provides cloud-based workflow and content management. Why is now a good time to partner with PAE? We have a range of innovative and market leading solutions with the capability to assist our partners at every level – whether they want a full implementation service or prefer to manage implementation themselves, we can make sure we have them covered. What have you missed about physical events over the last 18 months and why they are important to PAE and the channel? We have missed seeing our customers face to face and discussing opportunities, challenges and ideas. Can’t beat a cup of coffee and a chat to get to the heart of the matter. What will ECI be showing at Technology Live? Primarily, we’ll be trying to understand our peers’ views on the market and learn more about how the needs of their businesses might have changed throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Armed with this additional insight, we can ensure our solutions are as efficient as possible and able to help them take their business to the next level. We will be introducing our ERP system e-automate and promoting our new device management solution. Attendees will be able to ask us questions and explore both systems in more detail. What opportunities does the ECI product portfolio offer resellers? Our solutions offer resellers the opportunity to rethink how their day to day activities are done, with the ability to automate many of their business processes and drive overall efficiency. Both our ERP and device management solutions enable dealers to shift some or all of their manual processes away from their employees, allowing their team to focus efforts on driving results, rather than simply managing the systems and the administrative burden that comes with it. Our solutions are also flexible, able to cater to the needs of a business looking to scale up or down. Why is now a good time to partner with ECI? From an ERP perspective, we have a great solution which is already being used by nearly 2,000 customers around the world. We are investing in the UK and by partnering with ECI now, you will not only get a chance to use a comprehensive product, but you will also get an opportunity to shape and influence its roadmap for Europe. We are also launching a new device management solution later in the year, which will change how people respond to service calls and manage their fleets going forward. What have you missed about physical events over the last 18 months and why they are important to ECI and the channel? ECI prides itself on being in touch with the industry. Our history and reputation is based on regularly speaking to our customers and prospects to understand how the industry is changing and what challenges managed print businesses are facing. The opportunity to network in-person and reach a broader audience is crucial to us and something that we have really missed over the past 18 months. We have a wide range of customers, strategic alliances and distributors who we have fostered strong relationships with and we’re hoping to strengthen these further with in-person interactions.
