Ultimately tasked with driving sustained growth, Sturrock will also be responsible for all technical resources in the region as they engage with end-users and channel and OEM partners. Gupta comes to Lexmark from Unisys, where he led a team of more than 1,500 engineers and was responsible for all products and platforms. As part of a planned leadership transition, Watts extends his current role as operational leader of Tech Data’s UK and Ireland business to assume the strategic development responsibilities previously held by Andy Gass. Gass continues in Tech Data’s European leadership team with an expanded role covering digital transformation and commercial excellence for the European region. Ron Books, ECI’s current Chief Executive Officer, will transition to the role of Chairman.
