Waugerman, who joined Lexmark at its inception in 1991 and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including leading the company on an interim basis during the CEO search, succeeds Rich Geruson who left the company in November 2018. Basham joined the group in 2006, having formerly been Managing Director at Europa Office Ltd, and has been pivotal to Integra’s success over the last 12 years. He will also relinquish his role as Chairman of the BPGI EU Purchasing Council, a position he has held since 2009, and through which he has helped to expand the consortium’s purchasing portfolio. Industry specialist Jane joins Olive’s Senior Executive leadership team from Mitel, where he was responsible for delivering high grade end- to-end solutions for global cloud infrastructure, environments and applications. Bahr joins Rubrik from an 18-year tenure at Cisco Systems, where she most recently served as the Senior Vice President of the global partner organisation. In her new role she will be responsible for Rubrik’s MSP, global system integrator and channel partners, hardware and software alliances, inside sales and professional services teams. “Since day one, Rubrik has employed a 100% channel go-to-market strategy.
