Gartner evaluated 16 providers in the Managed Workplace Services (MWS) market. Amongst other criteria, Ricoh was evaluated for completeness of vision and ability to execute in the managed workplace services (MWS). The IDC MarketScape recognition builds on HP’s contractual office printing momentum and strategy to earn incremental market share in both the A3 and A4 multifunction printer categories. The company recently announced a new expansion of account opportunities for its US print premier channel partners in which thousands of MPS Speciality accounts that were previously directly engaged by HP will begin to be made available as premier channel opportunities. Lexmark has been a leader in IDC MarketScapes looking at managed print and document services, workflow services, and print security services over the past several years. Sharp also took home twelve Buyers Lab Pick awards highlighting outstanding products in multiple categories in the past year. Product Line of the Year is the highest- level recognition Buyers Lab awards to an MFP manufacturer. To qualify, a manufacturer must have models tested by Buyers Lab in various categories, including A3, A4, monochrome and colour.
