PRINT IT RESELLER.UK 7 BULLETIN XBM opens new office Epson reseller XBM, has opened an office in Birmingham, its first in the Midlands. The print management company, founded and headquartered in Leeds, used £235,000 of funding from NatWest to expand its presence outside the North of England. The new office in Aston will create ten new jobs for the area, adding to its 35 strong headcount across its Leeds, Newcastle and Manchester offices. The total investment in Birmingham will reach £750,000 by the end of the year. With further ambitious plans in the pipeline, brother and sister co-founders Arthur and Simone Hindmarch are now taking on more defined leadership roles. As Chairman, Arthur will focus on long-term corporate strategy and as Managing Director, Simone will be responsible for day-to-day operations and decision-making. The results were overwhelming with the document solutions and managed print service specialist achieving a Net Promoter Score of 73, placing it in the list of top customer-centric companies. The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others.
