According to www.womenintech.co.uk, just 17 per cent of those working in technology in the UK are female. It’s been well documented that it’s much cheaper to retain a customer than it is to acquire one, and clients who have a ‘low-effort’ experience are more likely to buy from the business again. PITR invited a panel of print hardware and software vendors and resellers to comment on the importance of customer experience (page 40). M-Files grew revenue in the UK by more than 78 per cent year-on-year in 2017.
