In this role, Lewis will focus on leading the overall sales and commercial proposition for the Exertis Group’s professional AV business by driving the vendor and customer strategy across Europe. Ennis said: “As the geographical reach of Exertis continues to grow, it’s important that we leverage our combined strength, deliver solutions across territories and promote a strong message across the retail, home, education and public sector. Warren has the experience and knowledge to build and scale our Pro AV presence in Europe providing benefits for our vendors and the right support for our customers.” Lewis joins from LG Electronics where he held several leadership roles in a career spanning more than 10 years with the vendor, most recently as Vice President Europe B2B – Information Displays. With 17 years’ distribution experience, Parker has a diverse background within operations and business improvement. He has previously held managerial positions including Group Logistics & Procurement Director and Purchasing & Marketing Director, while also integrating acquired businesses and delivering business improvement initiatives. As Head of European Operations, Parker will predominantly focus on pre-acquisition due diligence, post-acquisition company integrations, and group-wide infrastructure projects. There will be a specific drive in leveraging group strengths to deliver synergies across the European subsidiaries. He will report to the Group’s European Director. The group recently announced its pre-close trading statement in which it reported revenue for 2017 of approximately £470 million, representing growth of around 28% over the prior year.
