Norton spent 25 years as a Technical Analyst at HSBC where his duties included leading the IT team, providing technical support to HSBC's trading floor and managing a team of network engineers. At Blackbox, he will be responsible for installing hardware and software as well as offering onsite and remote customer support and brings with him valuable industry qualifications including being a Certified Network Cable Technician. To oversee the smooth running of the IT department, James August has been promoted to Senior IT Administrator. The appointment follows a breakthrough year of milestone achievements, including a 600 per cent year-over-year increase in revenue. Lucas will lead the global marketing team to drive customer experience, accelerate the adoption of Cohesity’s solutions, and advocate for the hyperconverged secondary storage market, which has an estimated $60 billion total addressable market. She brings more than 25 years of tech sector marketing experience and most recently served as CMO for Veritas Technologies, where she led its new branding and successful repositioning as a multi-cloud data management company following the company’s separation from Symantec. Prior to Veritas, she held the CMO position at Good Technology. Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Midwich Limited, Lowe has replaced Stephen Fenby to allow him to focus on his role as Group Managing Director. Baker’s new role as Commercial Director will see him assume full responsibility for business management at the company.
