In many cases, however, progress with AI stalled due to security concerns and issues with the quality of AI data. In fact, Gartner estimates that 30% of generative AI projects will be abandoned in 2025 due to ‘poor data quality’ and ‘inadequate risk controls’. AvePoint’s products solve these issues and help to ensure AI success by securing and improving the quality of AI data. Moreover, our newly‑enhanced Elements platform makes it straightforward and easy for our partners to use this technology to help their customers succeed – with, and without AI. It’s important for MSPs and other solution providers to understand that improving the quality and security of AI data is no longer an optional step for AI-adopting organisations. When generative AI first came to the public’s attention in 2022, the technology almost seemed like magic, but as we exit what Gartner calls ‘the peak of inflated expectations’ and get down to practical implementation, more businesses understand the importance of securing and optimising the data that powers AI. Without doing so, they open themselves up to unmitigated risk and severely hinder the effectiveness of these tools. For AI to work, the data that powers it needs to be thoroughly optimised. AvePoint’s technology makes it possible for our partners to do this for their customers, empowering them to tap into the largest and most rapidly growing revenue stream in the market today. As the age of AI continues to unfold, AvePoint will be there to help our partners take full advantage of this generational opportunity. The future is bright, and we’re here to help our partners make the most of it. www.avepoint.com The acquisition and the evolution of Elements are indicative of AvePoint’s growing commitment to the partner ecosystem, but these are far from the only updates we have planned for this year. Today, in the age of AI, we recognise that solution providers are faced with an enormous opportunity for sustainable growth. We want to help our partners make that growth as expansive as possible, which is why we’re growing our partner program and will continue to expand and tailor our support for partners in years to come. Rewarding engagement not just revenue Over the last year, we’ve been working across departments and our partner ecosystem to prepare a major update to our partner program. We want to incentivise the behaviours that actually lead to long-term, sustainable growth, and we acknowledge that revenue commitments, while important, are not the only indicator of this kind of progress. We believe that our new program – which is being tested among a small group of partners now and will be generally available later this year – will make it easier than ever for our partners to succeed. The enhancements to our partner program will be supported by complementary enhancements to the Elements platform. Technology powering the age of AI In 2024, AI adoption accelerated 2025 has already been a big year for AvePoint’s partner ecosystem. In mid‑January, we announced our acquisition of Ydentic, a SaaS company specialising in centralised multi-tenant management for Microsoft Managed Services Providers (MSPs). This move will make it possible for us to add Ydentic’s AI-power cybersecurity tools to our MSP platform Elements, which is designed to drive greater MSP profitability, increased operational efficiency, scalability, and new security‑centric recurring revenue streams. With cybersecurity now a top concern for organisations all around the globe, the addition of Ydentic’s products to the Elements platform will improve our partners’ ability to be competitive in today’s growing market.
