I joined the print sector in 2019 after graduating from Aston University. I had an instant attraction to the print industry after joining FSG, where my two directors have had a passion for the industry for three decades. What do you enjoy most about your job? There are so many different companies in the industry, with different core values and benefits for working with them. The most self-rewarding part is assisting excellent candidates with several opportunities, so they can have a choice of the perfect fit for their values. What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given? Talk to those that have been there and done it! There’s so much to learn in the industry and I have found being surrounded by industry experts, the best way to be successful is to use examples of success. What would make your day job easier? If there were more office dogs! We have Abraham the Weimaraner, he has been with us since a puppy, and is great for helping to de-stress after a difficult day. Which company do you most admire outside of our industry? Fosun International – an amazing investment company with revenue of $2billion last year, that just so happened to stumble across our incredible club Wolves. They helped us achieve Premier League status with their investment. What excites you most about the future? During my initial couple of years of a ‘booming’ print industry, followed by a challenging COVID period, it is great to see the industry rapidly growing, with a new range of technologies, and exciting job opportunities for excellent candidates.
