Life moves fast, and I always seem to have loads to juggle. That’s why having my multiple Outlook calendars (work, family, volunteering) right there on my phone is a game-changer. Never miss a meeting or forget a deadline again – it’s like having your own personal time wizard in your pocket! e Our CRM system As we sell through a network of partners, keeping track of pipeline and opportunities can be a bit of a headache, but I rely on our Hubspot CRM to give me both a quick snapshot of where we are, and also dive into the detail by partner. This essential tool makes it easy to organise our contacts, track interactions, and stay on top of sales opportunities across the team. And I can also access the content from my phone too so can keep on top of things when I’m out and about. r The buzz of team collaboration At Intuitive, we’re all great in our own right, but there's something special about coming together as a team. We are a close-knit team and I really value everyone’s input into what we are doing. Whether we’re brainstorming ideas, working out plans, or just generally catching up, the energy and camaraderie from working together fuels our creativity and pushes us to new heights. We have a great office in central q Coffee and tea Coffee and tea the ultimate pick-me-up. Ah, the sweet nectar of productivity! Here at Intuitive we love our tea and coffee (if it’s tea it’s got to be Yorkshire Tea of course). There’s no denying the magic of that first cup in the morning. It's like a little boost of motivation straight to the taste buds, helping me power through the day. Leeds that is a hub both for us and our partners to meet. We are lucky to be right next to the train station, it’s very accessible – and we regularly welcome visitors too. t Regular trips to the gym for well-being We all know that exercise is good for us, but finding the time to make it to the gym can be tough. However, I’ve made it a priority to fit in time to get to the gym and it is very worthwhile. Not only does it keep me feeling strong and healthy, but it also clears my mind and helps me tackle the day with a fresh perspective. In the end, it’s these little things – the coffee breaks, the digital helpers, the gym sessions, and the teamwork – that make all the difference in our work lives. So here’s to embracing the essentials and making every day a little brighter and a whole lot more productive! https://weareintuitive.com/ Catherine Kennedy
