SPECIAL AWARDS n Judges’ Special Award Sponsored by Brother n Industry Leader of The Year Sponsored by Giacom The judging panel will determine the winners in both of these categories and the results will be announced at the awards ceremony on December 5 at The Royal Lancaster, London. CORPORATE AWARDS – ENTRIES n EOS Manufacturer of the Year This award is open to all providers of OEM-alternative remanufactured, own brand or compatible ink and toner cartridges for the UK market. Judges will be evaluating entrants’ breadth of product offering, sustainability credentials as well as the quality, performance, reliability and consistency of the products supplied. n Channel Services Provider of the Year Sponsored by ISL This category is open to companies that work with channel partners to provide consultative, specialist and integral services required to fulfil a particular requirement. Specialist offerings can include marketing, consultancy or recruitment services for example, or technology-based solutions and services such as field service management or contract billing solutions, installation, logistics, PDI or IT services, recycling/ remanufacturing services etc. E ntries should clearly demonstrate how your business stands out from the crowd and what you do that’s different to enable your partners to have complete confidence in you. Judges will also be looking for customer testimonials that showcase how you meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. RESELLER/DEALER AWARDS n Reseller of the Year (Turnover up to £3m) Sponsored by Epson n Reseller of the Year (Turnover £3m+ to £9m) n Reseller of the Year (Turnover £9m+) The three Reseller of the Year award categories will recognise a print and/or IT services reseller that demonstrates a proven track record of providing value-added solutions for customers, with particular reference to outstanding projects implemented in the past year. The judging panel will be looking for evidence of business agility in terms of diversification and expanding the products, services and solutions you offer; excellence in customer service; and for examples of how investment, innovation, training, new partnerships or marketing initiatives for example, are helping you to stand out from the crowd and deliver an extra value-add service to end-user customers. n Client Project of the Year Sponsored by ECI New for 2023, this award category is not limited to a specific type of project, but it must have been delivered in the twelve months preceding the closing date. It could be a new MPS implementation, delivery of an IT service, a complete technology refresh, or digital transformation project that has delivered measurable benefits and transformed a customer’s workplace, customer experience or business process.
