There are 30 award categories in total this year, all of which are designed to recognise and reward the people and companies in our sector. With six distinct award classifications there’s something for everyone. This year’s awards line-up includes specific corporate awards, reseller awards, people awards and product and solution awards. There’s also five general PrintIT Awards, as well as two special categories which fall strictly under the judges’ purview - Industry Leader of the Year and the Judges’ Special Award. Celebrating excellence We’ve designed the awards process to ensure that we reward parties based on their excellence in the industry, the quality of their products and their dedication to service. The PrintIT Awards are based on merit, not on the number of votes received (except for five distinct categories where we invite you to cast your vote for the vendor of the year – see page 24). The remaining category entries will be judged by an independent panel of specialists handpicked by us based on their knowledge and experience of the marketplace. Completely free to enter Entering the awards is simple and straightforward, simply visit www.printitawards.co.uk and register your details. It’s completely free to enter, so there’s no excuse not to throw your hat in the ring. And it’s absolutely fine to enter as many categories as you see fit to increase your chances of winning. The one caveat to that is that each entry must be original. But, as I repeatedly say year on year, you’ve got to be in it to win it!
