01732 759725 16 BULLETIN : PEOPLE OKI Europe appoints new MD Takaaki Hagiwara has been appointed Managing Director of OKI Europe, succeeding Tsukasa Takasawa, who has moved into a new business development role in Singapore. Hagiwara has been with OKI since 1990, originally joining the company in the overseas sales and marketing division. He brings a wealth of experience to his role, having already served in many senior positions within OKI, including as Managing Director of OKI Systems (UK) between 2013 and 2018, where he was responsible for building the company’s position in the business to business printer, document output and management markets, while growing relationships with channel and business partners and core business customers across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions. Prior to joining LastPass, Murphy served as Chief Financial Officer at Qualio, a SaaS B2B life sciences provider. He’s also previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Kenna Security and Whitehat Security. The company has also promoted Abby Miller to Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. Since joining the company in 2017, Miller has played a pivotal role in shaping how LastPass approaches customer success and has helped define and execute the company’s retention strategy across all customer segments. She already led LastPass’ customer success team, helping business customers find value throughout the customer lifecycle.
