Rexel extends shredder range
Rexel Auto Feed shredders are easy to use; simply load the sheets, close
the lid and they automatically start shredding. With Mercury technology
to prevent paper jams, users can walk away from the shredder confident
that confidential paperwork will be disposed of securely and efficiently.
Less than nine months after its launch in 2011, the AutoFeed 100 firmly
established itself as the best selling business to business shredder in the
UK market (GfK). Rexel quickly added a further four models featuring its
innovative auto feed shredding technology, ranging from a personal machine
capable of shredding up to 65 sheets, through to a departmental machine for
the bulk shredding of up to 550 sheets in one load.
Rexel has now extended the finger safe range that comes with a two-year
warranty, adding two more models – the Auto+ 175X shreds up to 175 80gsm
sheets in one fill, chopping them into 4x40mm confetti cut pieces matching
DIN security level 4. It has a 32 litre bin with viewing window, can hold up to
320 sheets, has a manual feed slot for up to 7 sheets (80gsm) and can also
shred CDs and DVDs.
The new Auto+ 750X shredder can shred 750 sheets (80gsm) in one fill
to security level 4, has an easy to empty 115 litre capacity bin with viewing
window, can hold up to 1,200 sheets and has a manual feed slot for up to 12
sheets. Other features include jam free technology when manual feeding, door
open/bin full indicator and a four-digit pin code lock for secure, walk away
