Stationery awards
The winners of this year’s
Stationery Awards were
announced at the National
Stationery Day party held at
Stationers’ Hall on 24 April.
The Awards were judged by an
independent panel of retail buyers
chaired by Henri Davis, stationery
buyer for the National Trust. The
other judges were Len and Jacqui
Webster, owners of Websters Pen
Shops, Dominic and Jo Irons, owners
of Bureau Direct and Vicky McKenna,
buying director of Ryman Stationery.
The Daycraft gold slab notebook
from Trinity Xtras won the Best New
Product of the Show as well as the
Paper Products Award. Other winners
were: Desk accessories – Pyramid
desktop whiteboard with storage
from Imspired.Writing instruments
– Faber-Castell GRIP textliner
highlighter with environmentally
friendly refill system from Stone
Marketing and Filing and organising
– Magnetic glass dry wipeboard from
Cathedral Products.
A splash of fashion
ExaClair exhibited a stylish array of fashion
forward personal stationery and luggage
from Clairefontaine, Rhodia and Exacompta, a
chic range of pocket size notebooks from the
Rhodiarama range, as well as the ‘Ladies who
love life’ range designed by British artist Berni
Parker, at the Stationery Show in April.

New range of magnetic whiteboards
Eclipse Magnetics has extended its range
of office and educational products with
the launch of a new range of cost effective
magnetic white boards and white board

The new range of white boards have both a
dry wipe and a magnetically receptive
surface making them ideal for storing
things, writing important notes,
planning and presentations. Featuring
