highlighting and give them a coveted Editor’s
Choice Award.
Throughout the year, we carefully monitor new
product innovations, test drive as many as we can
and consider the end-user benefits across innovation,
design, functionality, ease of use, sustainability and
price to name a few. There are no hard and fast rules;
our selection criteria isn’t set in stone and often award
winning products or solutions can score excellence in
just one area.
Last year was no exception, many manufacturers
have continued to invest in R&D to develop and bring
to market lots of new products, designed to make our
working lives easier. In this special supplement, we’ve
prepared a round-up of the products that struck a
chord with the team and which we deemed worthy of
receiving an Award.
The Awards cover a wide spectrum of technologies
and product areas; from multifunctional, on-trend
notebooks; time saving mailing solutions; cost efficient
print and copy systems and industry-firsts such as
Editor’s Choice Awards Special 2013/14.
What we look for...
OKI’s new ES9541 – the first LED printer in its class
to offer white or clear spot colour printing. We’ve also
included details on advanced services and solutions
such as Business VoIP and MPS; but the common
thread amongst all Award winners is that they bring
something different, new or better to the table.
Editor’s Choice Award winners’ products should be
able to help your organisation to improve efficiency,
cut costs or enhance productivity and should be easy
to use and manage within your business.
