scrutinised. It counts EnergyStar and
Blue Angel amongst the environmental
standards that it complies with, and

agreement (VA) that minimises

Orlaith Palmer, Toshiba TEC’s
marketing manager – indirect channel,
explained: “To ensure that our energy
and environmental management
objectives are understood by all of
our stakeholders, we communicate
information about our strategies and
initiatives through mechanisms such
as our Intranet and internal email
marketing. This successfully engages all
staff in carbon reduction activities and
gives them the opportunity to make
suggestions about how to improve
energy efficiency across all areas of the
business.”
