Europa, a trusted and much loved brand of
UK-made notebooks and filing products, was a
major focus for ExaClair last year.
As well as introducing eye-catching new
promotions, such as the chance for Europa customers
to win one of 10 iPads, it revamped the range with
several new products, including 16mm and 25mm ring
binders; 25mm, 40mm and 60mm elasticated filing
boxes; and organisers with seven and 12 sections.
The new products share the established strengths
of the Europa range including hard-wearing
pressboard covers and a broad choice of vibrant
colours
to suit all
tastes. Europa notebooks
benefit from PEFC-certified 80gsm
paper, indicating that the pulp has come from
responsibly managed forests, and micro-perforated
sheets that can be torn out easily and neatly.
There are loads of desktop accessory ranges on the market: one
that’s caught our eye is Multiform Forever from ExaClair. Featuring
box drawer files, magazine files, waste paper bins, book ends,
pen boxes and letter tray combos, this vibrant range is made from
recycled orange juice bottles and comes with a 5-year guarantee.
Proof, if it were needed, that recycled does not mean dingy or
second-best.
Launched in January this year, the Rhodia
Professional Office Collection is a six-strong
range of premium 'business books' aimed at
young business executives.
Perfect for use in the office and on the move,
they feature ultra-smooth, 90gsm PEFC-certified
brushed vellum paper; and hardwearing covers in
polypropylene or laminated hardback.
The range includes a variety of A4 and A5 books,
including meeting books, general purpose books and
an A-Z book, with either casebound or wirebound
covers. The latter can be fully
opened or folded back so that
pages lay flat.
All boast premium touches
like elastic closures on the wirebound polypropylene
book, which also includes removable dividers in black
and orange; headers printed with date, notes and
action in the hardback meeting book; and a year
planner, a black ribbon page marker and micro-
perforated corners in the casebound hardback book.

Pen To Paper, Autumn & Winter 2011
2011 was a busy and exciting time for ExaClair Limited. At the start of the year, it
changed its name from Tollit & Harvey to one that better reflected its position as
the UK subsidiary of the multi-million euro Exacompta Clairefontaine Group. In the
following months, it introduced more than 300 new products from ExaClair and
sister companies in the Exacompta Clairefontaine Group, bringing the total number
of products available to customers to more than 11,500. With so much happening,
it’s not surprising that ExaClair won three Editor’s Choice awards in 2011. These
were for the revamped Europa range of notebook and filing products, ExaClair
Multiform Forever desktop accessories and the ExaClair Rhodia Professional Office
Collection of premium notebooks.
